My partner and I started Everley Homes following a keen interest in property. We have many associates who are landlords, and we understand the challenges and obstacles many landlords face.

In essence, we offer a guaranteed rent scheme business. Where we have a contractual fixed term agreement, where Everley Homes is responsible for the monthly rent, and we are responsible for tenant management, with the aim of providing a trusted and value-added service for landlord's. Providing a landlord guaranteed rental income, being responsible for maintaining the property to a high standard, and taking away the hassle of tenant management.

As well as having Everley Homes, my partner and I are both contractors. My partner is a Local Authority Manager and I am a Psychotherapist. We understand the contractor market and have contacts/links within our sectors. We bridged this with our interest in property and desire to meet a need we have experienced and are passionate about.

As part of Everley Homes, we focus on guaranteed rent scheme for landlords who are considering a 'hand off' approach to their portfolio or where they wish to try a new way of working. We offer short to mid-term accommodation for professionals/contractors visiting Nottingham City.
